PRICING & MINIMUMS

WHAT’S THE MINIMUM?

Our minimum to come out to an event is 150. We will come out to your event if there are less than 150 attendees, but the minimum on the invoice must be 150.
We will arrive with enough product to serve the amount of attendees specified in the reservation form.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Cost per Sugar Bun:
$6.50+tax

Setup fee:
$50

Travel fee:
Free for the first 10 miles from the intersection of Long Prairie and FM 407 in Highland Village, TX. $5/mile for miles 11-20. $3/mile for 21+ miles.

Additional staffing/time cost:
We will send out two team members and can serve approximately 100 sugar buns per hour. The team members and the length of time it takes to serve the Sugar Buns to the agreed upon guest count are included in the price.
If you would like the sugar buns served faster, an additional cost will be incurred due to additional staff and equipment.
If you would like your sugar buns served over a longer period of time, an additional cost will be incurred due to additional hours for existing staff.

PAYMENT TERMS

When it comes to payment, it really depends on who will be paying.
If attendees of the event are paying:
A contract and completed reservation form are necessary to reserve the date.
We will create an invoice for 150 Sugar Buns plus the additional costs outlined above. After the event is complete, if less than 150 Sugar Buns were sold, you will only be responsible for the difference between how many sugar buns were sold and the invoice total. If we exceed the total listed on the invoice, no additional payment is necessary.
If the host of the event is paying:
A contract and completed reservation form are necessary to reserve the date.
You will receive an invoice for the amount of Sugar Buns submitted with your reservation form plus the additional costs outlined above. You will have up to 7 days before the event to pay the invoice.

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

You have up to 10 days before the event to cancel your reservation. A 10% cancellation fee will be due if canceled within 10 days of the event.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

When attendees are paying, we accept cash and any major credit card. When the host is paying, we accept cash, check, or any major credit card.

WHAT IS THE RESERVATION PROCESS?

Start by entering your event date and email above.
Complete the form on the following page.
We will send you a verification email letting you know your date is definitely available.
In the verification email, you will receive a link to the contract and invoice.
Once the contract is signed, your date is reserved.

WHAT FLAVORS DO I GET?

You get to choose your flavors. You can choose 2 ice cream flavors and 4 toppings.
Want more flavors? Each additional ice cream flavor is $75 per 150 people, and each additional topping is $25 per 150 people.

WHAT COMES WITH A SUGAR BUN?

One choice of ice cream and one choice of topping. The ice cream and topping are sealed in a sweet bun and dusted with powdered sugar. We use a special hot press to seal the bun. This press makes the outside warm and crispy while keeping the ice cream cold inside. We serve the completed Sugar Bun in a paper basket with a spork.
