OUR STORY

We started the Sugar Wagon with a passion to offer a unique dessert to North Texas. We thought about what we wanted to serve and how we wanted to serve it. Delicious southern desserts have always been something we loved. Putting a twist on a classic seemed like an interesting idea.

After a lot of research, trial and error, and taste-testing, we decided on homemade ice cream pressed in a homemade bun. Come to find out… it’s a match made in heaven.

THE ICE CREAM

We use quality ingredients to handcraft every batch of ice cream. Modern flavors like Cereal Milk and Cookie Butter are available along with the classics like Vanilla and Peanut Butter. Every batch is custom-made for every event.

THE TOPPINGS

All our toppings complement the ice cream flavors we serve. Each topping has a crunch to add a more complex texture to every bite. The usual toppings are available like chocolate chips and sprinkles but don’t forget about our premium toppings like Oatmeal Pan Cookie and Sweet and Salty Mix.

THE SUGAR BUN

We worked with our favorite bakery, The Flour Shop Bakery in Flower Mound, TX, to come up with the perfect sweet bun. Our Sugar Bun is baked but has the texture and taste of a delicious donut. Each bun is top with a sprinkle of powdered sugar for that extra touch of sweetness.

THE WAGON

Just like everything else we do at Sugar Wagon, our wagon was handcrafted. The wagon was custom-built specifically to our needs. Modeled after a vintage-style caravan, the Sugar Wagon stands out just as much as our desserts do.
